The 'DiAMANT' Cuvée Trocken is a refined and charming white blend that seamlessly blends elegance and complexity. This golden, sparkling cuvée is made up of 75% Pinot Blanc, some of which was aged for six months sur lie in American oak barrels, and 25% Chardonnay which retains its fresh fruit aromas thanks to stainless steel ageing. The result is a white wine that impresses from the very first scent with warm, inviting notes of yellow fruit, brioche and subtle vanilla notes coming from the gentle wood maturation.
On the palate, the DiAMANT shows itself to be particularly supple and creamy, with a rich structure and an aromatic depth that immediately attracts attention. The harmonious combination of ripe peach, juicy apple and light toasted accents creates a layered flavour profile that is both seductive and refined. The Pinot Blanc brings body and a silky texture, while the Chardonnay provides lively freshness and extra fruitiness. The wine remains beautifully balanced and leaves an elegant, long-lasting finish.
