Product description
The Pinot Noir Ried Ungerberg 2023 is an elegant and refined red wine from one of the area's best-known Rieden. Perched high above the landscape, with year-round magnificent views over Lake Neusiedler, the vines benefit from abundant sunshine hours and constant air circulation. These ideal conditions produce optimally ripe grapes and a Pinot Noir bursting with the finesse and fruit purity the Burgunder family is known for.
After a 12-month ageing in 500-litre oak barrels, this Pinot Noir shows a beautifully transparent ruby red colour and an expressive aroma of wild blueberries and strawberries. The subtle wood influence adds a fine spicy tone without overpowering the delicate fruit. On the palate, the wine is juicy, refined and perfectly balanced, with an elegant structure and a moderate alcohol content that enhances its drinkability. This is a wine for lovers of pure, elegant Pinot Noir with a clear terroir signature.
The Pinot Noir Ried Ungerberg Trocken 2023 is an excellent companion to dishes with dark meat and roasted root vegetables. It pairs beautifully with venison, veal, lamb dishes or a refined game broth. Serve lightly at temperature to fully appreciate the subtle wood tones, fresh forest fruits and elegant structure.
Wine purchased via Onwine comes directly from the winery. All wineries pack the bottles themselves and hand them over to our shipping partner. Onwine works with boxes the size of 6 or 12 bottles.
To guarantee safe delivery, it is therefore also a requirement that orders are always made in multiples of 6 bottles.
The following shipping costs apply:
6 bottles at the same winery: €6,-
12+ bottles at the same winery: No shipping costs
You can order from several wineries at the same time. The above shipping costs apply to each individual winery.
