Product description
'Tantèi' Timorasso Colli Tortonesi DOC is an exceptional white wine made from 100% Timorasso, from more than 80-year-old vines on south-west facing slopes in the Colli Tortonesi. The soil is clay on grey limestone, which together with the microclimate creates a wine of great expression and depth. The Timorasso grape is not called the "white Barolo" for nothing: powerful, elegant and with impressive ageing potential.
After manual harvest at the end of September, the grapes are gently pressed and undergo controlled fermentation. The wine then matures for at least 12 months on fine yeast, followed by a short period in oak, which gives it extra structure and refinement. In the glass, the wine shows a straw yellow colour. The nose is intense and elegant with floral notes and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, it is warm and soft, with flavours of pear, subtle spices and toasted almond.
'Tantèi' is a gourmet wine that lends itself perfectly to a full meal. It pairs effortlessly with mature cheeses, white meats, pâtés and refined vegetarian dishes, but also shines alongside luxurious ingredients such as Piedmontese white truffle. A refined Timorasso that brings together tradition, terroir and timeless character in one glass.

To guarantee safe delivery, it is therefore also a requirement that orders are always made in multiples of 6 bottles.
The following shipping costs apply:

You can order from several wineries at the same time. The above shipping costs apply to each individual winery.
