Fluente Insolia from Quattrocieli is an organic white wine that elegantly expresses the Mediterranean soul of Sicily. Originating from the vineyards of Cozzo Amodeo in Gibellina, at an altitude of 250 metres, the Insolia grows here on medium-heavy soils under the warm Sicilian sun and the cooling influence of sea and wind. The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully selected, after which gentle pressing and controlled fermentation ensure the natural character is preserved.
After seventeen days of low-temperature fermentation, the wine matures for six months in stainless steel tanks. This keeps the style fresh, aromatic and pure. In the nose, elegant notes of white flowers, green apple and citrus unfold, complemented by a subtle hint of almond. On the palate, the wine is perfectly balanced, with lively freshness and a slight saline touch reflecting the Mediterranean terroir.
Fluente Insolia is versatile and wonderfully drinkable. Ideal as an aperitif or paired with fish dishes, seafood and light Mediterranean cuisine. A wine with personality, freshness and a natural elegance.
