'Maya' Weiss Cuvée 2023 is a fresh, light white wine made from 85% Weissburgunder, 10% Grauburgunder and 5% Riesling grapes. This exceptionally drinkable white blend is made with pure drinking pleasure in mind. The wine is dry but accessible, with low alcohol content and lively acidity, perfect for relaxed moments and sunny days. The name “Maya” is no coincidence; the cuvée is named after the winemaker's granddaughter. A wine with a future, in the most literal sense.

Riesling Feinherb 2022 is a fresh, mineral white wine made from 100% Riesling grapes. It is a textbook example of the modern Moselle style: playful, mineral and perfectly balanced. On the palate, this Riesling shows its feinherb character: slightly off-dry, but never sweet. An ideal Riesling for those who love balance, freshness and a subtly playful character.

Riesling Trocken 2023 is a tropical, fresh white wine. With its low residual sugar and high natural acidity, this 100% Riesling is dry in style but rich in flavour. This makes it particularly versatile at the table and wonderfully drinkable.

Riesling Spätlese 2024 is an elegant, fruit-sweet white wine. Originally created as a “happy accident” due to a late harvest, it is now known for its perfect balance between ripeness, natural sweetness and fresh acidity. It is already wonderfully accessible, but also has excellent ageing potential. Ideal for lovers of a refined sweet Riesling, it can be enjoyed on its own or with light spicy or fruity dishes.

Rotling 2023 is a fresh, fruity rosé made from Dornfelder and Müller-Thurgau grapes, which are harvested, pressed and fermented together. This cheerful, uncomplicated wine is all about pure pleasure and drinkability. A true crowd-pleaser, it is delicious as an aperitif, but also has a surprising versatility at the table. It pairs excellently with poultry, smoked salmon with horseradish or spicy hard cheeses.

Spätburgunder Trocken Barrique 2022 is an elegant, refined red wine made from 100% Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir) grapes. The mouthfeel is surprisingly round despite the very low residual sugar content, the tannins are fine and friendly, and the wood influence adds extra depth and length. This particularly gastronomic wine is very suitable with pork or game dishes.
