Leo Aumann's Rosé 2025 is a fresh and lively wine that perfectly reflects the sunny side of the Thermenregion. With its soft salmon-pink colour, this wine immediately invites the first sip. Made from a blend of St Laurent, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir, it combines elegance with playful fruitiness.
In the nose, delicate aromas of roses, sour cherries and red fruit emerge. On the palate, the wine is fresh and juicy, with a light structure and invigorating acidity that makes it particularly drinkable. Direct pressing and careful vinification ensure a pure and bright style, in which the fruit is central.
This rosé is made for sunny days and relaxed moments. Light, refreshing and accessible, but with enough character to keep surprising. Ideal for the terrace or as an accompaniment to light dishes.
