The Indisciplinata 2024 is an elegant sparkling rosé from Valle Ceresole in Briona, sourced from vineyards at an altitude of 280 meters. The wine is a carefully crafted blend of 67% Uva Rara and 33% Nebbiolo. The grapes are hand-picked early in the harvest season in small crates to ensure that natural freshness and acidity are optimally preserved.
For vinification, the red grapes are treated like white wine. A portion of the must is kept separate and frozen, while the base wine undergoes full alcoholic fermentation and spends the winter on the fine lees, without the addition of chemical additives. Before bottling, a delicate redosing of the must takes place, after which the bottles are sealed with a crown cap to allow for refermentation in the bottle. Aging takes place partly in stainless steel and partly in the bottle, and total production is limited to just 1,200 numbered bottles, underscoring the exclusivity of this wine.
In the glass, De Indisciplinata 2024 shines with a coral red color. The aroma opens with fresh notes of grapefruit and raspberry, while the bubble structure is refined and harmonious. On the palate, the wine feels lively and refreshing, with a subtle citrus note that lingers in the long, elegant finish.
Perfectly served at 6–8°C, this wine accompanies light appetizers, snacks, or sunny moments on the terrace. Each bottle bears a syllable of the name "Indisciplinata", and a set of six bottles forms the full word, a playful and unique touch that highlights the character of this exclusive rosé.
