Made from 100% Jacquère, sourced from deep clay-limestone soils, this wine reflects pure craftsmanship and respect for the terroir.
Controlled vinification and the blocking of malolactic fermentation fully preserve freshness. In the glass, this results in a light, dry wine with lively aromas of citrus and exotic fruit. The style is tight and refreshing, with clean acidity and a bright, thirst-quenching finish.
Sans eux is a wine for uncomplicated enjoyment moments: perfect as an aperitif, but also an ideal companion to light dishes such as salads, seafood or fresh Asian dishes.
