Meet Chon Frères, a family business from the Loire Valley that produces fresh, lively wines with character and a playful twist. In this tasting pack, you will discover six wines showcasing the diversity of their terroir: from salty Muscadet to fruity blends and an elegant Chardonnay. Accessible, surprising, and always crystal clear.
Anteros IGP Val de Loire A playful, aromatic blend that gets a slightly different twist every year. Think pear, white flowers, and a hint of herbs. Fresh, light-footed, and delightfully easy to drink. Perfect with sushi, summer salads, or simply on its own.
2x Folie Chon IGP Val de Loire An ode to the nearly forgotten Folle Blanche grape. This wine is light, lively, and citrus-fresh, with floral aromas and a crisp, dry finish. Serve chilled as an aperitif or with oysters and raw fish.
Chardonnay IGP Val de Loire A fresh style Chardonnay, without oak but with enough roundness. Ripe apple, lemon zest, and a soft mouthfeel make this wine accessible and gastronomically versatile. Delicious with grilled vegetables or salmon.
Jousselinière Muscadet Sèvre et Maine sur Lie AOP The classic Muscadet: bone-dry, mineral, and saline. Fermented on the lees for extra depth and creaminess. Ideal with seafood, razor clams, or a plate of clams with lemon.
Patriarche Muscadet Sèvre et Maine sur Lie AOP The most powerful of the bunch. This Muscadet is fuller and more complex, with ripe yellow fruit and a hint of almond. Still fresh, but with more body – delicious with grilled fish or fish soup.
