Weingut Valentin Oppenauer's Valentastico Rosé is a playful and lightly sparkling rosé wine from Austria, made from St Laurent grapes. Combining fruity sweetness with natural bubbles, this organic semi-sparkling wine is the perfect thirst quencher for hot days.
In the glass, the wine shows a bright rosé colour with a soft pearlisation. The nose opens with expressive aromas of strawberry, raspberry and fresh citrus. On the palate, it presents itself nimble, juicy and refreshing, with a nice balance between fruity sweetness and lively acidity. Thanks to spontaneous fermentation in a pressurised tank, the natural carbon dioxide that provides its playful character is created.
This semi-dry rosé with light mousse is ideal as a summer aperitif, with fruit desserts or simply ice cold on the terrace. An accessible and cheerful sparkling wine full of fruit and drinking pleasure.
