Weingut Valentin Oppenauer's Valentastico Weiss is a cheerful and lightly sparkling white wine from Austria, made from Grüner Veltliner and Riesling. This organic semi-sparkling wine combines playful fruitiness with soft bubbles and a refreshing character.
In the nose, the wine presents expressive aromas of elderflower, lemon balm and fresh citrus fruits. On the palate, it shows light, juicy and mild, with a nice balance between fruity sweetness and soft acidity. The natural carbonation, created by spontaneous fermentation in a pressure tank, creates a lively and elegant pearlisation.
This lightly sparkling white wine is ideal as a summer aperitif or patio wine and goes well with light desserts, fruity dishes and relaxing moments in the sun. An accessible and playful bubble full of freshness and drinking pleasure.
