In the nose, the wine presents expressive aromas of elderflower, lemon balm and fresh citrus fruits. On the palate, it shows light, juicy and mild, with a nice balance between fruity sweetness and soft acidity. The natural carbonation, created by spontaneous fermentation in a pressure tank, creates a lively and elegant pearlisation.
