The Blanc de Noirs 716 Trocken from Winzerhof Ebringen is a distinctive white wine made from Pinot Noir grapes, but vinified as a white wine. This unique style combines the summery freshness of a white wine with the structure and complexity derived from red grapes. The result is an elegant and characterful wine that surprises with its versatility and refinement.
In the glass, the wine displays a clear colour with subtle salmon-pink reflections. The bouquet opens with an expressive blend of ripe berries, redcurrant, gooseberry and fresh grapefruit notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied and juicy, with a harmonious interplay between fruity richness, soft roundness and refreshing acidity. The balance between fruit and freshness creates a lively style, whilst the long, lingering finish adds extra depth and elegance.
This Blanc de Noirs is an excellent accompaniment to pasta, grilled vegetables, fish dishes and summer barbecue fare. Thanks to its combination of freshness, structure and aromatic complexity, it is equally suited as an aperitif or with a wide range of dishes. An original and surprising wine that effortlessly combines lightness and character.
