This sparkling wine is produced using the traditional bottle fermentation method, the same technique used for Europe’s great sparkling wines. This results in a sparkling wine with an exceptionally fine mousse and impressive aromatic complexity. In the glass, the wine is lively and inviting. The bouquet is characterised by enticing aromas of yellow tropical fruits and delicate blossom notes.
