The fresh, aromatic opening of the package. An elegant Chardonnay from the Romagnol hills, fermented in stainless steel and aged for three months on fine lees. Notes of yellow stone fruit, banana and citrus, full-bodied and balanced on the palate. Delicious with antipasti, white meat and fish risotto.
1x Montaia Rubicone IGP Cabernet Sauvignon — Red · 13.5% · €9,- per bottle
A powerful, complex Cabernet Sauvignon from the first hills of Cesena, aged in tonneau and barriques. Notes of pepper, red berry, violet, cinnamon and cocoa, with a slightly tannic entry and a long, lingering finish. Excellent with roasted meat, flavourful cheeses and traditional pasta dishes.
1x Montaia Romagna DOP Sangiovese BIO — Red · 13% · €10,- per bottle
The organic Sangiovese of the estate, soft and approachable with notes of small red berries, cherry and amarena. Delicately tannic with a round, pleasant finish. A versatile everyday wine with charcuterie, red and white meat and soft cheeses.

A richer, more complex expression of Sangiovese, partly aged in tonneau and large barrels. More intense notes of violet and forest fruits, warm and harmonious, with a pleasantly tannic structure that continues to develop in the bottle. Great with charcuterie, red meat and pasta with meat sauces.

The white surprise of the package: an organic wine made from 100% Famoso, a rare indigenous variety of Romagna. Fresh and fruity, with notes of mango, peach and fresh citrus, round and flavourful on the palate. A wine that shows just how special the grape heritage of Romagna is.
1x Collesanti Signorotto Sangiovese Superiore di Romagna DOP — Red · 14% · €18,- per bottle
The premium Sangiovese of the Collesanti line, aged six months in tonneau. Notes of ripe forest fruits, fresh and balanced, with soft tannins and a long, well-structured finish. The ideal companion with roasted meat, ragù and aged cheeses.
