The Collesanti Perlage 24 Rosé is a unique sparkling wine made from 100% Sangiovese, vinified as a white wine and then transformed into an elegant brut rosé using the traditional method. Sourced from the Tenuta di Tessello on the hills of Cesena, the wine undergoes a second fermentation and matures for 24 months on the lees in the bottle, followed by disgorgement.
In the glass, the Perlage 24 Rosé displays a pale rosé colour with a fine, persistent perlage. The nose offers pleasant notes of roses and ripe forest fruits. On the palate, the wine is fresh and lively, with a light yet distinct structure.
The Perlage 24 Rosé pairs excellently with fresh cheeses, cold meats, antipasti and hot fish dishes. It is also a wonderful choice as a festive aperitif.
