The Tonwerk White is a modern, approachable white cuvée made from three vibrant grape varieties: Grüner Veltliner for structure and spice, Welschriesling for freshness and vibrancy, and Sauvignon Blanc for aromatic lift. The result is a wine with a distinct regional identity that is, at the same time, effortlessly drinkable. In the glass, it is light and clear. The nose is immediate and lively: green apple, pear and citrus zest, with a subtle peppery spiciness typical of Grüner Veltliner. On the palate, it is fresh and dry, light-bodied with a clean, dry finish and excellent drinkability.
Perfect for impromptu evenings, garden parties, rooftop parties or as a characterful house wine. The Tonwerk White is a wine for the catering industry, events and specialist wine merchants. It pairs well with light pasta dishes, salads, fish and poultry, but works just as well as an aperitif with a selection of snacks. Serve chilled at 8–10°C.

All wineries pack the bottles themselves and hand them over to our shipping partner. Onwine works with boxes the size of 6 or 12 bottles.
To guarantee safe delivery, it is therefore also a requirement that orders are always made in multiples of 6 bottles.
