Lake Neusiedl has something special about it when it comes to rosé. The lake regulates the climate, keeping temperatures mild and nights cool, and on the sandy, loamy soils along its shores the grapes ripen to that precise point where fruit and freshness meet. The Rosé Cuvée is summer on the lake captured in a bottle: light, cheerful, and immediately inviting.
In the glass it shows a vibrant pink colour that sets the tone straight away. The nose brings fresh raspberries and strawberries, with a hint of citrus that keeps everything bright and lively. On the palate it is dry and energetic, with a pleasant acidity and a clean, thirst-quenching finish. No complexity to puzzle over — just enjoyment in a glass.
Serve ice-cold between 8 and 10 degrees and pair with fresh salads, light fish dishes, or simply as an aperitif on a sunny terrace. A wine for every occasion that needs no occasion at all.
