Cottini's "I Creari" is obtained from the pressing of mainly Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella grapes, picked from vines from the sunniest part of the Valpolicella Classica. "ripasso" processing is carried out on which the wine is then aged in oak barrels. This enhances the alcohol content as well as the body and aroma/flavour bouquet.
Serving: at a temperature of 18-20 °

Prachtige Ripasso zoals ie hoort. Vol, intens met zeer rijp rood fruit. Aroma's springen je glas uit. Mooi in balans en hier thuis een favoriet. Leuke wijnboer ook die z'n best doet om je de volledige beleving te geven. Mooi handgeschreven kaartje in de doos!
