For more than a century, around 190 winegrowing families from San Paolo have united their forces on 185 hectares of hillside and terrace vineyards, at altitudes ranging from 290 to 650 metres. The most approachable white wine of the estate, made to simply enjoy. A fresh, fruity white blend from heat-retaining moraine boulder soils at medium to high altitude, slowly fermented in stainless steel. Clear and light yellow in the glass with flowers and exotic fruit on the nose. On the palate juicy and fresh, immediately pleasant. With an aperitif or light nibbles. Serve at 10-12°C.
1x Pinot Grigio Alto Adige DOC 2025 — White · 13.5% · €11.20 per bottle
Not your average Pinot Grigio. The grapes grow on heat-retaining moraine boulder soils near the centre of San Paolo, at 250 to 450 metres altitude. Slowly fermented in stainless steel, preserving the fruity and aromatic qualities to the full. Clear and light yellow in the glass. The nose offers exotic spices, ripe pear and melon. On the palate juicy with a full mouthfeel. With starters, fish, light meat and mushroom dishes. Serve at 10-12°C.
1x Missian Schiava Alto Adige DOC 2025 — Red · 12.5% · €13.30 per bottle
Some love stories take a little more time, but once you get to know the Missian, it feels genuine and alive. An idiosyncratic Vernatsch from almost 50-year-old vines on the warm clay soils of the San Paolo plateau, at 450 to 550 metres. Slowly fermented in stainless steel, matured on fine lees. Clear cherry red in the glass. The nose offers ripe amarena cherries, strawberry, violet and fine marzipan. On the palate graceful, floral and juicy. With pizza, pasta, Speck or South Tyrolean dishes. Serve at 12-14°C.

South Tyrol's great red grape variety in its most direct form. The grapes grow on heat-retaining moraine boulder soils in San Paolo, at 200 to 400 metres altitude. Maceration and fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel. Dark and deep in colour in the glass. The nose is typical: wild forest berries, violets and dark chocolate. On the palate tannic and powerful, yet still fresh. With braised meat dishes and game. Serve at 16-18°C.
1x Plötzner Pinot Bianco Alto Adige DOC 2025 — White · 13.5% · €14.50 per bottle
The mountain wine of Kellerei Sankt Pauls, named after the Plötznerhof above Boymont Castle. On the east-facing slopes above San Paolo, on post-glacial moraine boulders between 550 and 650 metres altitude, Pinot Blanc finds its ideal home. Slowly fermented in large wooden barrels and stainless steel tanks, matured on fine lees. Clear and light yellow in the glass. The nose is delicate: green apple, pear, white peach, flowers and herbs. On the palate refreshingly fruity, full of finesse with a saline finish. With aperitif, risotto, fish or asparagus dishes. Serve at 10-12°C.
1x Luzia Pinot Noir Alto Adige DOC 2024 — Red · 13.5% · €16.40 per bottle
Even the Romans knew how to make use of the fertile soil around San Paolo. The Luzia is a luminous Pinot Noir paying homage to the Roman villa whose remains still tower above the Luzia vineyards today. Deep soils of limestone rubble at 350 to 500 metres altitude, cold maceration, maturation in large wooden barrels. Clear cherry red in the glass. Wild forest fruits, raspberry, cherry, flowers and herbs on the nose. On the palate elegant with supple tannins and a fine, long finish. With pasta, light meat, mushrooms and aged cheeses. Serve at 16-18°C.
