The Cuvée Paul White is a light, cheerful white wine from Kellerei Sankt Pauls, made to be enjoyed. Fresh, fruity and juicy, with floral notes and exotic fruit. The label tells the story of its origins, the terroir and the vines, and you can taste it too: this is a straightforward wine that doesn’t take itself too seriously.
The grapes grow on heat-retaining moraine soils at medium to high altitudes. The wine ferments slowly at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, which keeps the fruitiness and freshness fully intact. In the glass, it is clear and pale yellow. The nose is aromatic and inviting: flowers and exotic fruit. On the palate, it is juicy and fresh, with a pleasant drinkability.
A lovely wine for an aperitif or with light snacks. Serve at 10–12°C.
