Kellerei Sankt Pauls was founded in 1907 in the heart of San Paolo, a small village in South Tyrol, and today brings together some 190 winegrowing families who tend their vineyards with great care. Together, they manage 185 hectares of prime vineyards on slopes and steep terraces, at altitudes ranging from 290 to 650 metres above sea level. Every family, every plot and every grape variety finds its ideal terroir here. A particular gem is the steep vineyard in Missian, where Pinot Blanc vines up to 100 years old grow – one of the oldest vineyards in the whole of South Tyrol and a living testament to San Paolo’s deep-rooted winemaking traditions.
