This straw yellow colored wine from 100% Garganega grapes offers a fresh and fruity aroma with a delicate flavor. On the palate, a beautiful minerality emerges that is perfectly balanced with an elegant, dry finish. Thanks to gentle pressing and fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature, the natural aromas of the grapes are preserved, resulting in a wine rich in acidity and refined aromas.
The second fermentation takes place according to the Charmat method in steel autoclaves, where selected yeasts do their work under controlled temperature and pressure. This method gives the wine its refined character and lively freshness. The vineyards are located at the foot of Monte Baldo at 350 meters altitude, which contributes to the fresh and mineral profile of this special wine.
This elegant Garganega is an excellent choice as an aperitif and pairs perfectly with light appetizers, fish dishes and delicate soups. For the best taste experience, it is recommended to serve the wine chilled at a temperature of 8 to 10 degrees Celsius.
