Cottini Marco's La Cavalara Rosè sparkling rosé is an elegant wine with a beautiful pink color. This sophisticated frizzante begins with floral aromas that subtly transition into soft fruit notes of cherries and berries. The taste is delicate and supple, with pronounced fruity accents and a refreshing liveliness. The dry, slightly bitter finish provides a pleasant and lingering finish, making this rosé ideal for a variety of occasions.
This wine is made according to the Méthode Charmat, with secondary fermentation taking place in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature and pressure. This process preserves the grapes' natural aromas and creates a sparkling freshness with an alcohol content of 11.5%. The combination of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes, sourced from the sunny southeastern vineyards of Lake Garda, gives this wine its unique character and finesse.
La Cavalara Rosè is versatile in its use and is perfect as an aperitif. It comes into its own with light starters, pasta dishes with sauces of white meat or vegetables, fish dishes and even savory soups. Serve this rosé at a temperature of 8°-10°C to fully enjoy its fresh and fruity character.
