Le Bolle di Ariel Blanc de Noirs DOCG Alta Langa is an elegant and pure sparkling wine made entirely from 100% Pinot Nero grapes. The grapes are carefully destemmed and gently pressed, after which the first fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and partly in old wooden barrels. In spring, the cuvée is bottled with the addition of sugar and yeast, initiating the second fermentation in bottle according to the traditional method.
The wine is then aged for at least 30 to 36 months sur lie, which creates a fine mousse and adds depth of flavour. During disgorgement, only the same wine is used to top up the bottles—without any additives. This results in a dosaggio zero style that allows the pure expression of both grape and terroir to shine.
The vineyards are located on northwest-facing slopes at an altitude of 380 to 420 meters in the municipalities of Castel Boglione and Calamandrana, in the heart of the Alta Langa. This Blanc de Noirs is tight, mineral, and refined, with vibrant freshness and natural elegance. Ideal for lovers of dry and authentic sparkling wines.
