The Meister:Werk Lagrein Rotwein Trocken is a powerful and expressive red wine that impresses with its intensity and depth. In the nose, a distinct aroma of ripe plums and sour cherries unfolds, enriched by fine spicy nuances that immediately excite the senses. On the palate, it shows a full, lively structure with firm but well-integrated tannins, providing harmonious balance and a long-lasting finish.
This Lagrein is ideally suited to those who love characterful red wines. Thanks to its full body and pronounced flavour, it is an ideal partner with hearty meat dishes such as game or lamb, but it also comes into its own alongside gratins or an assortment of powerful cheeses.
With an alcohol content of 13.5%, residual sweetness of 4.5 g/l and fresh acidity of 5.5 g/l, this wine offers a powerful yet elegant drinking experience. Served at a temperature of 16 to 18 °C, the Meister:Werk Lagrein shows itself as a wine with character that manages to impress both at dinner and in good conversation.
