Nebula Trebbiano Rubicone Frizzante originates in the hills around Riolo Terme in Emilia-Romagna, where southeastern vineyards benefit from mild temperatures and refreshing sea breezes. The limestone, clay and gypsum-rich soil of the Vena del Gesso, a UNESCO site, gives the Trebbiano grape a distinctive freshness and minerality. The young vineyards are carefully maintained with low yields, allowing the grapes to develop concentration and aromatic clarity.
After the manual harvest in early September, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. The sparkle is created via the Charmat method, which preserves natural fruit aromas and gives the wine a fine, lively bubble. Nebula does not undergo malolactic fermentation, adding freshness and a light-bodied character. The wine is kept briefly in bottle before release to preserve its pure, youthful expression.
In the glass, Nebula shows a delicate mousse and fresh notes of green apple, citrus and white flowers, typical of Trebbiano. The slight pearling enhances the liveliness of the taste, which is dry, bright and invigorating. This frizzante is ideal as an aperitif, but also goes well with fish dishes, seafood, light starters and vegetable dishes. A fresh, playful and elegant wine that invites enjoyment.
