This wine comes from vineyards in the Aspres region at the foot of the Pyrenees. The soil in Trouillas consists of loamy-clay soils with an extremely stony surface. The vineyards are managed according to sustainable agricultural practices and benefit from a favourable location on the slopes of Mas Deu and the terraces between Trouillas and Terrats.
The wine is made from Grenache Blanc and Syrah grapes and is produced in a limited edition of 5,000 bottles. Vinification includes an early harvest and skin softening in a pneumatic press, followed by low-temperature fermentation. The wine then matures in stainless steel cuves to retain its freshness and fruity character. This rosé has a soft, salmon-pink colour. Its subtle and sophisticated aroma is reminiscent of small red fruits with a slight mineral undertone. On the palate, the wine is full, round and juicy, with a nice long finish and can be kept for around two to four years.
