Product description
The 'PURO!' is a lively and characterful sparkling red wine, produced according to the traditional methods of Emilia-Romagna. With its ruby red colour and intense aromas of ripe black cherries and plums, this wine offers an expressive aroma that immediately invites enjoyment.
On the palate, PURO! is dry and balanced, with a refined structure and a long finish. The fine mousse and fresh acidity make the wine particularly pleasant and versatile. The grapes, 100% Lambrusco Salamino, are carefully harvested by hand and undergo a 48-hour maceration on the skins. This process enhances the deep fruit notes and gives the wine a characteristic intensity. Second fermentation takes place according to the Charmat method, at low temperature, creating a fresh and elegant bubble.
This wine goes perfectly with traditional dishes from Emilia-Romagna, such as Cappelletti, Tortellini and Tortelloni, but also goes well with other savoury pasta dishes and meat dishes. PURO! is best served at a temperature of 8-10°C, to best express its lively aromas and fresh flavour.
With its playful sparkle and authentic flavour, PURO! Lambrusco Emilia IGP pays homage to the region's rich wine tradition. An ideal choice for those looking for a pure and uncomplicated wine experience, full of character and Italian flair.
