Selvadeg Rosato Lambrusco Emilia IGP Pet Nat is a lively, naturally sparkling rosé wine made using the ancestrale method. This means that the second fermentation takes place in the bottle with no added yeasts or sugars, ensuring an authentic and pure expression of the 100% Lambrusco Salamino grape. The wine is harvested by hand and carefully selected to ensure the best quality.
With its cherry-pink colour and slight cloudiness from aging on its own yeast cells, this wine offers a fresh and delicate aroma with notes of red fruits, such as strawberry and raspberry. On the palate, it is fresh, slightly salty and playful, with lively acidity and a pleasantly rustic character. The fine natural bubbles and unfiltered character make this wine unique and surprisingly versatile.
