Miali's Negroamaro Rosato is an elegant and seductive rosé from Salento, made from 100% Negroamaro. This wine stands out for its bright rosé colour with a tendency towards coral and a delicate aroma in which wild strawberry harmoniously meets a fresh citrus background. On the palate, it shows lively, fresh and slightly salty, with a fine minerality that makes for an invigorating drinking experience.
The grapes are harvested manually in the second or third week of September. They are then gently pressed and fermented for 15 days at a controlled temperature, without skin soaking. The wine matures briefly in steel tanks and then gets its rest in bottle, resulting in a pure and expressive style.
With an alcohol content of 12% and total acidity of 5.5 g/l, this rosé is the perfect companion to light fish dishes, soups, seafood and young cheeses. Ideal to serve at 10°C for a summer lunch, a sophisticated aperitif or a relaxed dinner.
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
