This Rebenspiel Cuvée Blanc Feinherb from Weinhaus Hans Beth is a fresh and modern blend from the Moselle, in which different grape varieties come together harmoniously. The interplay of Weissburgunder, Riesling, Rivaner and Sauvignon Blanc creates a wine that is both accessible and refined.
In the glass, the wine offers a lively and versatile aroma, alternating creamy and fruity notes. The finesse and fresh acidity of Riesling are nicely complemented by the softness of Weissburgunder and the mild structure of Rivaner, while Sauvignon Blanc provides additional liveliness. On the palate, the wine is fresh, slightly round and supple, with a pleasant balance between fruitiness and a subtle sweetness.
