This Riesling from the Pfalz is a pure and unfiltered expression of limestone soils and traditional winemaking. Made from organically grown grapes and fermented in stainless steel tanks, this wine retains its fresh, direct character. By choosing to bottle it unfiltered, the wine stays true to its origins: lively, honest, and terroir-driven.
On the nose, the wine displays a refined and layered aroma profile with light smoky notes, yeasty nuances, and fresh yellow fruits. Subtle floral and herbal accents add extra finesse. On the palate, the wine is slender, crisply dry, and refreshing, carried by a lively and precisely honed acidity. Notes of chalk and minerality provide tension and depth, while a soft roundness brings the wine into beautiful balance.
