In the powerful landscapes of the Côtes du Rhône Villages, "Saint Pierre" emerges, a wine that brings together tradition and ageing in an intense and refined whole. Old vines here deliver grapes with concentration and depth, while ageing in oak adds complexity. It is a wine that reflects not only the terroir, but also the time it has been given to develop.
The blend of 70% Grenache and 30% Syrah comes from carefully selected parcels with old vines. After harvesting and traditional vinification, the wine matures for 12 months in French oak barrels, giving it extra structure and aromatic layering. This combination of fruit and wood makes the wine rich yet beautifully balanced.
In the glass, the wine shows a deep red colour. The nose is intense and seductive, with ripe notes of cassis. On the palate, wood and fruit come together in harmony, with the wine remaining powerful but supple. A wine full of character with a long, warm finish, ideal for lovers of full-bodied and complex Rhone wines.
