The grapes are grown traditionally and harvested by machine, then pressed immediately to preserve their pure character. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, bringing out the full aromatic intensity of the Viognier. This approach creates a wine that is both expressive and refined.
In the glass, the wine opens with enticing aromas of ripe yellow fruit, acacia blossom and exotic notes. The palate is full and round, but at the same time remains fresh and lively, with a long finish in which white fruit notes linger. A wine that effortlessly combines charm and freshness.
