S'Ena is a unique and rare expression of Cannonau di Sardegna, in which the grapes partially dry on the vine and are further concentrated until early November. This appassimento technique, combined with slow maceration and maturation of at least 15 months in oak, results in a wine of exceptional depth and intensity.
In the glass, S'Ena shows a deep, concentrated colour that already announces its power. The nose is rich and complex, with pronounced aromas of ripe black fruits, dried fruits and spicy accents that develop in layers. The aromatic profile is intense and seductive, with a clear influence of ripeness and concentration.
On the palate, the wine is full and enveloping, with a soft but powerful structure. The ripe tannins give body and length, while natural freshness balances the richness. The finish is long and persistent, with a harmony between sweet ripe fruit and spicy depth. A meditative wine with great storage potential.
