In the glass, the wine shows a light salmon-pink colour. The nose opens with delicate aromas of fresh strawberries and subtle red fruit notes. On the palate, it presents itself light and fruity, with a soft creaminess and fresh acids that make for a lively and approachable style. Thanks to spontaneous fermentation, the wine retains its pure and natural character.
