Product description
The "Terre de Rolle" AOP Côtes de Provence Blanc 2024 is a refined white wine that showcases the elegance of the Rolle grape (also known as Vermentino) in its purest form. Sourced from 14-year-old vines growing on clay-limestone soils, this wine offers a special expression of the terroir of Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur. Careful cultivation according to sustainable farming principles ensures a balance between nature and quality.
The grapes are harvested exclusively at night, which enhances freshness and aromatic finesse. After direct pressing and light clarification, cold fermentation follows between 14°C and 16°C for three weeks in enamelled concrete vats. This slow fermentation reveals subtle, harmonious aromas and creates a balanced wine with depth and elegance.
In the glass, the wine shines with a bright, pale yellow colour and golden reflections. The aroma is floral and complex, with notes of pear, almond and fresh citrus. The palate is full, lively and generous, with a nice balance between freshness and creaminess. This wine is delicious as an aperitif and goes well with grilled tuna or delicate cheeses. Serve between 10 and 12°C for the optimal experience.
Wine purchased via Onwine comes directly from the winery. All wineries pack the bottles themselves and hand them over to our shipping partner. Onwine works with boxes the size of 6 or 12 bottles.
To guarantee safe delivery, it is therefore also a requirement that orders are always made in multiples of 6 bottles.
The following shipping costs apply:
6 bottles at the same winery: €6,-
12+ bottles at the same winery: No shipping costs
You can order from several wineries at the same time. The above shipping costs apply to each individual winery.
