'San Siro' Rosso Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT is a smooth, round red wine made from 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Merlot grapes. These grapes, originally from France, find ideal conditions to ripen perfectly in the mild microclimate of the Valle dei Laghi. This results in a powerful yet round and smooth wine, with a soft structure that combines elegance and fullness.
'Gobbo Rosso' Teroldego Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT is a fresh, balanced red wine made from 100% Teroldego grapes, one of the most important and characterful grape varieties from Trentino. This red wine comes from Cantina Pisoni's sulfite-free line. The choice of Teroldego is no coincidence: this grape is known for its richness in anthocyanins, natural antioxidants, and its soft tannin structure, which is perfectly suited to vinification and aging in exclusively stainless steel tanks.
'Rebo' Rosso Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT is a unique and local creation. The Rebo grape, a cross between Merlot and Teroldego, was developed in the early 1950s by Rebo Rigotti, a researcher from the Valle dei Laghi. The grape is named after its creator and has found its perfect habitat in his native region. 'Folada' Nosiola Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT is a refined expression of the indigenous Nosiola grape, which finds its perfect home in the Valle dei Laghi. 'Annada' Nosiola Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT is an exclusive white wine, made from 100% Nosiola grapes sourced from the sun-drenched hills of San Siro in the Valle dei Laghi. The grapes ferment immediately in acacia wood tonneaux and then age for 12 months in wood and 3 months in the bottle, resulting in a straw-yellow wine with aromas of ripe apple and a subtle hint of vanilla. On the palate, Annada reveals itself to be rich, dry, and mineral, with a refined spicy touch and a harmonious, fresh finish, ideal as an accompaniment to light dishes such as fish, white meat, and refined vegetarian preparations.
