ONWINE's cellar 'new vintages' tasting
7th of March
We descend once more into the cellar and bring back many wonderful things. New vintages, hidden cellar treasures and our winemakers' favourite wines. During this afternoon, you will taste more than 30 wines. Think Champagne and Alta Langa, fresh mineral Germans, natural and orange wine, park rosé, Nizza, Timorasso, Chianti Riserva, top Dutch wine, great Pinot Noir, Blaufränkisch and robust Primitivo. Afterwards, you can order your favourites by the case with a nice discount.

Winemakers Masterclass: Ômina Romana
13th and 14th of March
On March 13 and 14, Philippe from Ômina Romana in Lazio will come to Utrecht for two days of masterclasses on Roman wines. This modern winery grows its grapes on beautiful hills just outside Rome—land where the Romans cultivated wine for generations before them. It is a young estate with a clear vision: bringing together knowledge, precision, and passion with the goal of pure quality. The vineyards lie on volcanic soils and are tempered by sea breezes from the Tyrrhenian coast, creating deep, intense, and aromatic wines with a natural balance. From elegant Chardonnay to powerful Cabernet Sauvignon and refined Merlot, this young yet classically styled winery offers it all.
During the masterclasses, you’ll taste and experience these beautifully balanced wines together with the winemaker—right here in Utrecht.

In April, La Montina from Franciacorta is coming to our concept store for a Masterclass. From Friday, April 17th to Sunday, April 19th, the Bozza family — proud custodians of this historic estate since 1982, will be joining us in the shop. In the heart of Lombardy, among the rolling hills surrounding Lake Iseo, their grapes ripen into what is often referred to as the “Champagne of Italy”: Franciacorta. La Montina is anything but an ordinary winery. What began as a 17th-century villa in 1620 has grown into one of the region’s icons, complete with an impressive wine cellar, an art gallery, and most importantly: wines that elevate Franciacorta to new heights. No gimmicks, no frills — just craftsmanship, patience, and a deep respect for nature. From the crisp Satèn to the bold Rosé and the elegant Brut Millesimato, every glass is a tribute to terroir, tradition, and time. For three days, brothers Michele and Daniele will guide you through the world of sparkling perfection. Expect bubbles with character, finesse, and above all — a story to tell.
