Elena Catalano is a passionate winemaker from Benevento, in the heart of Campania, where her estate is located on the slopes of Monte Pino, about five kilometres from the city centre. The vineyards are at an altitude of about 400 metres above sea level and cover a total of 10 hectares harmoniously distributed on a single slope. The rows of vines are laid out according to the traditional rittochino system, a technique that regulates water flow on sloping terrain and prevents erosion - a testament to the care and precision with which the land is worked.
