Made from 100% Zweigelt grapes, this dry rosé from Weingut Dopler presents itself as an elegant and fruity wine with a refined character. Thanks to vinification in stainless steel tanks, the fresh fruit aromas are beautifully preserved, resulting in a lively and invigorating glass of wine.
In the glass, this Rosé shows a bright, light ruby pink colour. In the nose, delicate notes of strawberry, red berries and a hint of spice emerge. On the palate, it is fresh, juicy and subtly spicy, with a fine balance of fruit, acidity and a soft finish.
Ideal as an aperitif on sunny days, this rosé is also an excellent match with summer dishes such as salads with goat cheese, grilled vegetables, light pastas or Mediterranean tapas. Serve it well chilled, around 10-12°C, for optimal refined and inspiring rosé enjoyment.
