The Rosato IGT Marche is a rosé made from 100% Montepulciano that is perfect as an aperitif or with seafood, charcuterie, and pizza. The wine is, to a certain extent, a tribute by Luca Cimarelli to the rosé side of his winery: his mother and sisters. They are an integral part of the business, not only through their diligent work in the foreground, but also as a driving force and connector within all facets of the winery. The wine is made from a selection of grapes harvested early to preserve acidity and freshness. The wine is destemmed and left in contact with the skins for 12 hours to extract the right amount of aroma and color. The grapes are then cold-pressed, after which fermentation takes place in steel tanks. The wine has a pale ruby red color with pink highlights. On the nose, the wine offers hints of rose petals, cherries, and pomegranate. The palate is fresh and soft with a balanced structure.
