Productomschrijving
Reboro from Cantina Pisoni is a masterpiece born from a centuries-old tradition and the result of a collective project between winemakers from the Valle dei Laghi. This wine represents the pinnacle of what the Trentino terroir has to offer. Made from 100% Rebo, a local grape variety that combines the power of Merlot with the elegance of Teroldego, Reboro perfectly reflects the spirit of the region.
The grapes are carefully harvested by hand from the finest vineyards of San Siro and then dried until the end of November on traditional "arele" racks—the same racks used for the famous Vino Santo Trentino DOC. After this natural drying process, the wine is refined for a full 36 months in oak barrels, followed by a further 12 months of bottle aging. The result is a wine of deep garnet color with intense aromas of ripe red fruit, jam, and a subtle spice.
On the palate, Reboro is rich and full-bodied, silky smooth with exceptional length. Its structure, freshness, and softness make it the ideal companion for red meat and game, as well as refined barbecue dishes. A precious gem for the cellar and a unique wine experience for the true connoisseur.
