Cantina Pisoni's Teroldego is a true tribute to one of Trentino's most authentic grape varieties. This indigenous variety, closely related to Lagrein and with Pinot Grigio as a distant ancestor, has been successfully cultivated in the region for centuries. On the sandy soils of the Pradi area and under the careful pergola system, this grape thrives, producing a ruby-red wine rich in polyphenols that excels in both freshness and structure.
After aging for twelve months in barriques and six months in bottle, the wine develops an elegant bouquet of floral and forest fruit aromas. On the palate, it presents itself as firm, round, and harmonious, with the right tannin structure that gives it a wide range of gastronomic appeal.
