This organic wine is made from 48-year-old Cabernet Sauvignon vines, hand-harvested and carefully aged for 24 months in used French barriques.
The result is a deep ruby red wine with wonderful clarity and concentration. Ripe tannins emerge on the nose and palate, accompanied by a subtle hint of dried fruit. On the palate, it is broad-shouldered, firm and full of structure, with an aftertaste that combines power and elegance.
