Product description
(2x) The Zweigelt Classic BIO 2020 from Weingut Fischer is a characterful red wine from organically cultivated vineyards, made from 100% Zweigelt from 38-year-old vines. The wine matured for 18 months in large wooden barrels, giving it depth and structure without losing its fresh fruit.
The Rotgipfler Classic BIO 2022 is a refined and lively white wine from the Thermenregion, made from 100% Rotgipfler β a rare, indigenous grape with a unique expression. The grapes from 36-year-old vines are carefully harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks, ensuring a fresh and pure style.
The Chardonnay Classic BIO DAC Thermenregion 2022 is a refreshing and refined white wine, made from 100% Chardonnay from 35-year-old vines. After harvesting, the grapes are fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks, resulting in a pure, fruity style with a lively character.
The Pinot Noir Bio is an elegant, fruity red wine made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes sourced from 33-year-old vines. After a careful manual harvest, this Pinot Noir ages for no less than 30 months in French barriques. This long aging process ensures impressive depth, a silky texture, and a full flavor that remains true to the pure character of the grape.
The 'Ried Gradenthal' Zweigelt Bio is a velvety, full-bodied red wine from the Thermenregion made from 90% Zweigelt and 10% Cabernet Merlot grapes. After a careful manual harvest, the wine undergoes 24 months of aging in used French barriques, which provides extra depth, complexity, and soft tannins. On the palate, it is compact and concentrated, with a full, velvety mouthfeel and a long, elegant finish in which the influence of the wood is subtly present without overpowering.
