Cantine Miali's Ametys rosé is a lively and elegant wine from the house's special selection line, made entirely from the Primitivo grape. The wine immediately stands out for its bright, intense coral-pink colour and an expressive nose full of aromas of cherry, small strawberry and ripe red fruit. On the palate, it offers a pleasing structure, in which fruity notes blend harmoniously with fresh acidity and a persistent, lively finish.
The grapes are harvested by hand in late August and undergo a gentle pressing without peeling. This ensures the wine's pure colour and refinement. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature, followed by a short ageing in stainless steel tanks and then in bottle to maintain freshness and expressiveness.
Thanks to its elegant character and fresh profile, Ametys is ideally suited as an accompaniment to raw seafood, sushi, light fish dishes such as bouillabaisse and soft cheeses. Best serve this rosé around 10°C, to fully enjoy its aromatic finesse and seductive freshness
