1x Cuvée Haut'thentic: The Cuvée Haut'thentic is an elegant Champagne full of white fruit, finesse and refined freshness, made from 75% Pinot Meunier, 10% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay grapes. In the glass, it displays a light golden-yellow colour with fine, elegant bubbles. The nose opens with harmonious aromas of mirabelle plum, vineyard peach and ripe white fruit. On the palate, the Champagne is creamy and full-bodied, with a fresh opening, soft acidity and a beautiful balance between fruitiness and elegance. A dosage of 6 grams per litre creates a refined Brut style that remains fresh and approachable while retaining depth and complexity.
1x Cuvée Tradition Brut: The Cuvée Tradition Brut is a classic Brut Champagne full of ripe fruit, finesse and vibrant elegance, made from 70% Pinot Meunier, 20% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay grapes. In the glass, it shows a golden-yellow colour with a fine and persistent mousse. The nose reveals harmonious aromas of ripe pear, baked apple, citrus and subtle vanilla notes. On the palate, it is full and creamy, with flavours of brioche, grapefruit and a gentle spice in the long finish.
