Located in the lieu-dit Les Bourguignons, this site benefits from a cooler microclimate and calcareous sandy soils, ensuring exceptional freshness and minerality within the appellation. The blend consists of 50% Grenache Blanc, 20% Clairette, 20% Roussanne, and 10% Bourboulenc, sourced from vines planted in 1989. In the glass, the wine presents itself as elegant and refined. Cool influences provide tension and finesse, while aging adds a light roundness.
AOC Châteauneuf-du-Pape Rouge is a classic, elegant red expression of this iconic appellation. The warm climate and careful selection during the harvest ensure grapes of exceptional quality. The blend consists of 75% Grenache, 15% Mourvèdre, and 10% Syrah, with each grape vinified separately to achieve maximum complexity.
